[applause] having campaigned personally for reagan in 1976 and in 1980, i want you to listen to me. i feel certain he would be enormously proud of you. in fact, i bet he would have been thrilled to stand before you right here and thank you for all you are doing, and all you , and congratulate you on this fifth anniversary of the tea party. is appropriate to end my comments with a truism from president reagan, which is the last paragraph of my book, "liberty and tyranny," which most of you have heard by now, but i will repeat it anyway for those who have not. reagan wrote and said this many times. freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. ourid not pass it to children in the bloo
